Price cuts on Echo Park bungalow; new El Sereno hillside home; 2-on-a-lot in Highland Park

Prices on about two dozen homes, condos, apartments and other Eastside properties dropped during the past week. Here are some examples, followed by a breakdown by neighborhood:

• Echo Park: Price drops about $20,000 for a 4-bedroom bungalow – duplex or single-family home. $899,988.

• El Sereno: $35,000 price cut for a newly constructed 3-bedroom hillside home with rooftop terrace. $940,000.

• Highland Park: $30,000 cut for two houses on a lot – a 2-bedroom and a remodeled 1-bedroom. Both units have new electrical and plumbing. $938,000.
