“Leave the Plants Alone” – well it’s worth a shot; however, these plants are surrounded by people who come from a local culture of treating plants as garbage cans. If you look closely, you’ll see trash craftily stuffed into plants. Contrast this with other types of litterers who simply throw trash on the ground.
