Found: Puppy found stuck in Echo Park Lake construction fence

I was riding my scooter on Park Ave and this little puppy trapped on the green fence of Echo Park lake yapped at me. I pulled over. I got it out and there was no collar to be found. It looks like a 2-3 month old golden retriever/dachshund mix. She is a girl. She is not shy and loves other dogs. My border collie and her wrestled all night.
