The LAPD bomb squad tonight blasted open a suspicious suitcase left behind on an Echo Park street but found nothing inside. Police sealed off a section of Allesandro Street near Whitemore Avenue and Oak Glen Place to inspect a piece of luggage that had a note or a message written on its surface warning that anyone who tried to open it would be killed, said Sgt. Wayne Guillary with the Northeast Division. After using an X-ray to examine the contents, the bomb squad detonated a “light munition” at about 9:30 p.m. to open the locks of the suitcase, which proved to be empty, Guillary said.
It’s was at the house on the block that sells dope so I wonder who they upset.
Does anyone know where it was?
Jeez, don’t believe every fairytale story put out by the LAPD.
