No where to go but up

The residents of Quintero Street live on one of the steepest streets in Echo Park. If they didn’t know that by now they might later today when a scheduled film shoot will prevent residents from parking on both sides of Quintero until 10 PM, forcing some to probably park on Sunset Boulevard at the bottom of the hill and (gasp!) walk up Quintero. One of the scenes from today’s Operation Repo shoot includes a car rolling down the hill and crashing into another car. Another likely scene is residents yelling at the production crew as they search for parking.
